Worst repair experience of my life. My divorce was a more pleasant experience. If you want a repair shop that will return your vehicle with more damage than it had when it arrived, Five Star Collision Center is the place. They could not produce a safe, industry‑compliant repair plan to save their souls. Don’t be fooled by the made‑up name or their online ratings. They use email “agreement” buttons to extrapolate so‑called “customer satisfaction.” I’m not sure who is giving them five stars, but those bots must be well paid. RESPONSE TO OWNER’S COMMENT: So you mean this happens so often with poor service and even poorer quality vehicle handling, that you genuinely cannot identify which dissatisfied customer I am because of the sheer volume left in your wake of double‑dealing and dishonesty. Well, unlike your padded customer satisfaction scores, that is 100% believable. That must be you, Andrew, since you routinely monitor and reply to negative reviews with this same stale script. The illusion of professionalism is laughable.

Very satisfied with the repairs done to my vehicle. The rear bumper was replaced and a new one, freshly painted and installed. Also, the vehicle was cleaned and returned in a matter that was very pleasing. The mechanic who worked on my vehicle reached out to me and he did an excellent. The repairs completed have a lifetime guarantee.

Im not a fan of over promising and under delivering. I definitely dont want to hear "just bring it back and we'll make it right! So this place gets a F for failure! Go to Harrison's i only wish they took progressive insurance! Car was hit by a deer. Broke the headlight, dented the hood, bent a fender, and damaged the hood. Estimate $6k final cost $8k. They called after the estimate and said come on in my service guys have nothing to do and can get you in and out. Thats a red flag. Good body shops have a wait. Brought the car in the middle of June got the car back the end of July. They didnt have to replace the fender, the hood and bumper were ordered, and one door had to be blended. Fyi...on gray cars you need to do both doors because they will look mismatched! I dont know what it is about middle ga and workmanship but its terrible! Five weeks later I arrive to pick my car up, they called and said it was finished. Hood misaligned, color mismatched, fender out of alignment, chipped paint on the hood where they misaligned it and opened it chipping the paint. 5 star lives up to their brand most definitely. The work performed on my ram warlock is impeccable. I wasn't expecting it to look brand new, just fixed but I had to check to make sure they were handing me off the right truck this morning. It looks just that good. The admins in the front are truly sweethearts, especially Riley! She made it her business to keep me updated through the entire process literally from beginning to end and I truly appreciate her and the ENTIRE riverside drive team for taking care of my vehicle and bringing it back to its high standard. My car got wrecked the week before Christmas, and my car made it to the shop 1/02/2024. Needless to say, Five Star did a great job! I picked my car up today! They went above and beyond to make sure everything was being worked on professionally, and gave me updates 2x a week. A huge shout out to Riley in the office; she’s phenomenal with her customer service skills. I believe that this shop is hands-down, the best in Macon!
